Our online lessons are well prepared and convenient so parents and children of all classes who can access them can do so wherever they are as long they have the code. Also, as children get used to the opportunity of working online, with time, their skills to work independently also grow by leaps and bounds.
What do we offer?
As far as the Cambridge programmes goes, we offer: English, mathematics, and science. But in regard to the Competence Based Curriuculum of Rwanda, we teach all the above in addition to social studies, French and Kinyarwanda.
I am an active parent of Ahazaza Independent School particularly in relation to their online lessons. What I saw is that a parent can continue to be actively engaged in their children’s work even when they are physically not at home with the kids. This way they can follow their children’s education without constraints. Even when the Covid-19 crisis will be over, I suggest that the school continues to upload lessons on the online portal so that absentee parents like me will continue to be part of their children’s education. Well done Ahazaza!
